Primary Job Function – 70%
1) Manages Regulatory and Compliance Issues
by providing administrative support through implementing systems, procedures, and policies; completing projects in support of compliance auditors. OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for ensuring the Company’s fair/effective performance evaluation and improvement of fair/competitive compensation for all exempt and non-exempt positions within the Company, based upon the Company's compensation philosophy. Organizational Performance and Compensation Supervisor administers and reviews process of performance evaluation programs and short- term incentive programs, and oversees Corporate Support Center and Stores' performance evaluation process.
DUTIES:
ESSENTIAL

Essential Functions
• Interface with engineering team in Japan in responding to customer requirements; including providing
product technical documentation, engineering drawings, 3D models, test report etc.
• Interface with QA team in Japan to manage customer and field escalation by driving root cause
analysis and corrective action, providing failure analysis report, QA documentations to customer for
full resolution
• Provide technical support to customers for gas delivery components for semiconductor manufacturing;
coordinate between local sales team with factory’s Engineering team in formulating responses,
proposals and solutions.
• Support associated functional team members by managing First Article Inspection from submission to
approval from customer.
• Assist new business development/sales team in making technical presentations/product data
analysis/engineering test reports to customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Engineering (preferably mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering) or
