Job Description
1. Order Processing
Receiving orders from customers and order entry.
- Receiving orders from customers via phone, email and text.
- Quickbooks entry to proceed the shipment bills and sales entry. (Quickbooks)
- Communicating with sales manager for the order status by customers daily basis
- Communicating with logistic foreperson to check the delivery status to customers daily basis
- Communicating with customer/sales manager/account division for any miscalculation occurs in our book to determine and fix the book.
2. Inventory Control (Vernon Office)
Checking the inventory levels of LA warehouse with logistic foreperson daily basis.
- Up-dating the inventory levels of LA warehouse daily basis (EXCEL)
- Communicating with sales manager/logistic foreperson to check the balance of LA warehouse to control the inventory levels in LA warehouse.
- Supervise the product delivery from xxxxx’s factory in San Marcos daily basis by seeing
the inventory level in LA warehouse with sales manager & logistic foreperson. (EXCEL)
- Communicating with xxxxx’s San Marcos factory and customers for miss matching inventory if occurs.
3. Shipping materials/Office Supply (Vernon Office)
Communicating with logistic foreperson for any shipping materials shortage such as plastic shrink wrap etc.
- Ordering the shipping materials to xxxxx’s factory in San Marcos
- Going to Home Depot/Office Depot etc to shop the necessary materials for office supply when required.
