General Duties: • Maintains calendar • Makes arrangements and coordinates all details for meetings, conferences, and special events • Takes meeting notes • Arranges travel itineraries • Prepares and facilitates correspondence • Prepares reports, presentations, and other documents • Runs and summarizes various sales report • Organizes and prioritizes multiple projects and follows through on issues in a timely manner • Conducts research related to projects • Handles confidential documents and information • Communicates with vendors and professionals on behalf of executives • Acts as a liaison between employees and executives • Handles personal errands and tasks • Proactively identifies ways to improve effectiveness and productivity of executives • Assists and coordinates Xxxx related projects • Monitors and verifies daily Xxxx financial tractions with Accounting department Job Skills and Requirement: • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Japanese and English • Able to travel between Japan and US • Energetic and detail-oriented • Ability to handle multiple projects at time • Good follow through on action items • Open, pleasant and friendly personality • Demonstrated ability to assist executive on time management • Collaborate with executive team and handle confidential information • Team-oriented attitude • Self-motivated and strong work ethic • Professional and confident • Proven ability to be flexible and adapt to change • Understanding of business acumen and financial statement • Proficiency in MS Office • Fast learner and takes initiative to get things done • Excellent analytical, research, and critical think skills
