Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include but not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned. · Lead and supervise QC inspectors. Provide daily direction in supporting production quality assurance · Establish FMEA & SPC needs for the manufacturing process, set up, train operators, collect and monitor data...Strong Printed Circuit Board Assembly experience necessary. · Maintain measuring systems, surveillance, follow-ups, trouble shooting and root cause analysis. · Add AQL’s to outgoing product, publish findings. · Investigate first manufacturing yields, and provide root cause analysis of failure, for process improvement. · Manage MRB monthly, and publish reports to management. · Manage RMA and provide feedbacks to manufacturing to ensure customer satisfaction · Coordinate all ISO and AS9100 registration activities, including internal/external assessments/surveillance. · Manage corrective and preventative action system, CAPA. Act as the Root Cause Coordinator to lead teams in Root Cause Analysis. · Ensure compliance to IPC-600/610/620 & IPC-WHMA Workmanship standards, including but not limited to: ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (sampling). · Make recommendations on equipment requirements that will improve and/or stabilize the process · Advise Quality failures and support for troubleshooting the failures. · Support SMT, cable manufacturing and interpret customer designs to production build. · Coordinate Quality data collecting, monitoring and reporting · Coordinate Quality engineering related activities with cross functional departments · Possess an ability to work well with others, flexibility and adaptability in getting work done · Maintain positive attitude and motivated to get work done under high pressure environment Supervisory Responsibilities: This job might or might not have some supervisory role Qualification: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Job Description: • Process documents such as Master air waybill (Mawb) and House air waybill (Hawb). • Ascertain that document requirements for shipments are met prior to processing. • Sort documents for Shipper and Company file. Monitor timely completion of Mawb and Hawb to ensure cargos are shipped through the designated airlines as per schedule. • Inspect and label cargos upon completion of Mawb and Hawb.  • Provide the highest quality and professional service to new and existing clients. • Communicate directly with customers, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns, as well as complaints. • Resolve customer complaints or issues in regards to lost or damaged shipments and service failure. • Visit customers and prospective clients. • Correspond with other (sometimes overseas) branch offices when necessary. • Issue billing invoices and responsible for collecting unpaid invoices within credit term (AR). • General administrative/clerical support, including filing. • Other assignments given by Supervisor or Manager depending on the needs of the department.
