- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English (Business level)

- Basic Japanese ability a plus

- For Manager level, must have an experience in sales or customer service at least 5 years in the food-related industry

- Strong business sense and industry expertise

- Prospecting, negotiation and closing skills,

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

- Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction

- Must be willing to travel up to 50 percent of the time

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
