NATURE AND SCOPE
Director of Finance & Accounting position requires strategic planning and analysis in reviewing current
accounting and financial planning and budgeting procedures within a manufacturing environment. The Director
of Finance & Accounting will have a demonstrated ability to build confidence using effective communication in
working with employees and the management team and is a key member of the management leadership team.
The position reports to the Chief Executive Officer. The Director of Finance & Accounting will provide the
financial leadership and the financial management of the business and have prior experience overseeing all
business operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general accounting, monthly and
