(3) Primary Roles and Responsibilities
1) Helpdesk: User support with software and hardware.
2) Server maintenance: System updates, Backup, test, troubleshoot,diagnose.
3) Inventory: Keep track of all IT assets including warranty, insurance, S/N, Make, Model.
4) Expense processing: Responsible for expense payments and record keeping.
5) Project support: Support IT section and other department with IT related projects.
6) Support overall IT operation not limited to tasks mentioned above.

(4) Physical Requirements & Working Environment
1) While performing the duties of this job, the staff is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk
and/or listen. Use hands to pick-up, handle, carry, and reach with hands and arms.
2) The staff must occasionally lift and/ or move items up to 20 pounds.
3) Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
4) The noise level in the work environment is moderate (Ex. Working in a business office with
computers, printers, and telephones).
5) The staff may be required to travel for business and / or work beyond normal business hours
when necessary.

(5) Minimum Requirements
1) Language skills
・ Ability to effectively respond to questions from customers, management, staff, and the general
public in English and Japanese.
・ Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to individuals and groups in English and Japanese.
・ Ability to write reports and procedure manuals in English and Japanese.
2) Mathematical Skills
・ Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions.
3) Reasoning Skills
・ Ability to apply knowledge and sense of understanding to carry-out detailed written or oral
・ Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variable in standardized situations.
4) Other skills
・ Must be tactful, mature, flexible and able to successfully respond to multiple work pressures.
・ Must be able to use a computer and applications soft as Microsoft Windows/Office etc.

(6) Work Experiences
・ 0-2 years or more of related knowledge and experience.
