· 8+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in sales, business development, or consulting within the supply chain industry, with demonstrated experience personally sourcing and closing warehousing/contract logistics deals.

· Proven, hands-on experience designing warehouse operations in direct collaboration with Operations teams (layout, process, staffing, cost modeling, WMS, KPIs).

· Demonstrated experience directly negotiating commercial terms with warehouse landlords, subcontractors, carriers, and technology vendors.

· Working knowledge and experience across transportation (OTR distribution, truckload/brokerage) and international freight forwarding strongly preferred.

· This is an expert role; prior people-management experience is preferred but not required. Experience influencing cross-functional teams is valuable.
