The Sales Representative grows sales and strengthens customer relationships within an assigned territory or market segment. A core function of this position is visiting customers in person, supporting customer promotions, and independently planning and conducting

cooking demonstrations that educate customers, promote product usage, and generate sales. The position is responsible for developing existing accounts, securing new business, and representing the company professionally in the field. This position offers the opportunity to develop into a highly independent outside sales professional through hands-on training in customer relationship

management, product demonstrations, merchandising, territory management, and business development.
