The Field Service Technician provides both on-site and remote technical service to customers for the company’s UPS system and peripherals sold in North America, and oversees all aspects of the technical services provided by the company as well as third-party engineering service partners. The position also provides product and technical training with customers and technicians/engineers of the service partners.
