Bilingual in English/Japanese (conversational) is preferred.

5-10 years in DX (Digital Transformation) experience is required

· Hands-on experience leading IT and data initiatives from the business side, deeply involved in demand forecasting, procurement, and inventory planning (S&OP), as well as e-commerce operations

· Proven experience controlling and managing IT vendors, including estimates, scope definition, and risk management

· Practical experience in systematizing and standardizing Excel-based and person-dependent operations into scalable, repeatable processes

· Strong track record in cross-functional project management involving multiple departments

· Global deployment experience across the above areas, working with international stakeholders and teams
