This individual will be an officer of the company along with the President and EVP and will require a good working relationship with between the 3 officers. This person will need to be able to speak up and voice their thoughts and opinions yet be respectful at the same time. This role is divided into 3 sections. Compliance will be the biggest piece of the job which includes corporate compliance and customs compliance. This individual will work with our parent company on compliance reporting back to Japan. The business process management portion of the role is handled by 2 very capable individuals, and it is more of a formality in reporting. This part of the role make get removed from the from the VP reporting structure.
