The R & D Specialist position will work to support and coordinate the development of new products and improvement of existing products. This is an intermediate level position that oversees development activities and document product life cycle from ideation stage to in-market phase. They will ensure R & D team responsibilities are aligned with other business units to ensure optimal levels of efficiency. This is a fully onsite position and will be viewed as a tenured member of the R & D Team.
