· Minimum five years of supervisory or management experience within CFS (Container Freight Station) office and warehouse operations.

· Experience interacting with various stakeholders, including customers, customs authorities, shipping agents, and government agencies.

· Experience with trucking operations preferred.

· Proficient in WMS, ABI, ACE/AMS Software.

· Ability to support office and warehouse operations when necessary.

· Excellent crisis management skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.

· Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

· Proficient computer skills and professional communication etiquette.

· Availability to work extended hours as needed by customer/shipment.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
