Maintenance Manager (79720-2)
Plant Manager (Shift: 2 AM – 12 PM) Salary Range: $85,000 – $120,000
· Requirements:
o Bilingual in English and Japanese (must-have)
o Proven experience in a managerial role
o Strong communication and interview skills
o Understanding of corporate rules and procedures
o Strong data analysis and reporting skills
o High attention to detail
o Preferred: food manufacturing management experience, including knowledge of food safety regulations
o Preferred: science or chemistry background
o Experience communicating with employees who primarily speak Spanish
