We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to lead our team at a retail store located within a shopping mall. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail operations and demonstrate strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Hiring, training, and managing store staff

· Conducting performance reviews and managing employee schedules

· Overseeing inventory management and merchandise control

· Ensuring high standards of customer service

· Supporting daily store operations and achieving sales goals

Requirements:

· Previous experience in retail store operations

· Strong customer service and leadership skills

· Ability to work weekends (5-day work week with 2 days off)

· Willingness to travel occasionally to Japan for business

· Japanese language skills are helpful, but not required
