Leasing Administrator   (46076-5)

A fast paced, commercial real estate firm is seeking an assistant in the lease administration department for an immediate job opening. People who excel in this position should expect to be promoted within the department. Candidates will be expected to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
• Assist with the preparation, review and revision of lease agreements and amendments;
• Draft tenant correspondence and paperwork related to lease requirements;
• Prepare payment plans and other tenant accommodation agreements;
• Review 3-day notices, abandonment notices and other legal filings;
• Prepare delinquent accounts, coordinate pending unlawful detainer cases; and
• Provide general administrative support for other departments
Only candidates that meet the following criteria will be considered:
• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree;
• Excellent written skills – Must have experience reviewing and proofing business correspondence, contracts or other important writings;
• Expertly manipulate and format documents in Microsoft Word and Excel;
• An ability to communicate in a professional manner, be positive and team oriented; and
• Well organized with a high attention to detail. Preferred candidates will have experience working with commercial lease agreements or other legal documents.
