We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales department as an active “playing manager.” This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on customer engagement—ideal for someone who thrives both in the field and in developing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of increasing market share, managing multiple retail and wholesale accounts, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Approximately 60% of the time will be spent visiting customers to maintain and grow business relationships, identify new opportunities, and represent our company in the field.
