Temp Office Assistant   (79611-2)

 Verbal and written fluency in English and Japanese
 University graduate or above
 Solid MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) skills as well as knowledge of how to handle PDFs
 Previous office work experience required

Hours: Will work minimum of 40 hours/week. Company has flexibility with schedule.

Temp Period: Mid-late January until mid-April

DUTIES:

During the busy season at our office until mid-April, you will be asked to provide operational assistance to our professional staff.
 Computer work (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
 Clerical work such as various data entry, filing, document creation, etc.
 Translation of internal documents
