Job description:

- Location: Encino, CA - Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm with 1 hour lunch break *Currently reporting to office one or two times per week. - Compensation: Depending on experience; benefits include health and dental insurance, vision, vacation, etc., after probationary period - Non-exempt status <Role> You will be required to drive growth by building strategic partnerships and opportunities. Keep cultivating relationships with key industry players, assist in negotiating complex agreements, and expand our content into industry channels. In addition, you will identify and assess new distribution partners and opportunities by staying afloat on the latest trends, business models, and technologies. <Responsibilities> - Communicate with the Japan team to create sales material for solicitation to key accounts. - Assist in soliciting programs to clients and negotiate deal terms and conditions. - Finalize contracts with in-house legal to close deals. - Work with postproduction vendors and internal team to manage all delivery assets of materials, i.e. Master files, Press kits, and Programming data… - Ensure receipt of payment and manage royalty reports with accounting team. - Develop and guide sales strategies with new clients. - Maintain, develop and create relationships across the Americas. - Maintain all approval steps through communication between distributors, rights holders and internal team. - Attend Domestic and international industry trade

markets and events. - Assist with marketing activities, including event and media exposure. - Special projects as requested. <Requirements> • Fluent in Japanese and English. Spanish and Portuguese a plus. • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. • 3 years of experience in content distribution, focusing on Telco, OTT, Hardware, Platforms and more. • Knowledge in VOD licensing, industry windowing and holdbacks. • Efficient at communication allowing you to connect and build a solid relationship with both internal and external partners. • Deep knowledge of and passion for anime and manga is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Slack, Adobe Photoshop • Exceptional written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
