-Previous customer service / customer representative experience is a big plus

-Accounting & Admin skills, System Linkage skills

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

-Strong written and spoken communication skills

-English & Japanese native speaker (bilingual) preferred.

-Solid understanding of new applications

Education required: -bachelor’s degree required.
