· Arrange production schedules based on the production orders and plan the operations according to product types, quantities, specifications, and order delivery dates

· Assist to manage all material resources needed for productions and assure the products in good qualities and match specifications.

· Maintain the production and operating reports to assure the processes are efficient and effective

· Coordinate with other production supervisors and QA/QC workers to assure the production procedures meeting FDA, GMPs, USDA, and ISO quality standards.

· Conduct trainings for all production employees
