【Responsibilities and Duties】
Ø Phone and e-mail customer service.
Ø Document requests and information gathering from providers
【Requirements】
Ø Over 1-3 years’ work experience preferred
Ø Customer service experience NOT required
Ø Japanese: Fluency with professional Japanese in speaking, reading, and writing
Ø English: Fluency with intermediate conversational English in speaking, reading, and writing
Ø Computer Skills: Basic operation on Windows/Word/Excel/Email/Internet Web Browsing
Ø Typing Speed: 30 WPM required
