E/J Tech Manager (44625-5)
(1) Keep Company products in the formation area up and running at the target rate of 95 % on each system.
(2) Labor management of subordinates (keep track of working hours of subordinates and report the working hours to the accounting Dept. in timely manner as requested by the accounting dept.)
(3) Keep Engineering Dept. in Japan updated on daily basis
(4) Coordinating with our main customer in Sparks, NV
(5) Keep track of operations of Company information systems
(6) Report to Japan (in Japanese) and Kataoka LA(in English)
