Entry Writer (78243-2)
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Entry Writing and CargoWise experience preferred, but open to non-experienced candidates with potential
- Strong verbal and written English communication and customer service skills
- Must be detail-oriented
- Ability to work overtime
DUTIES:
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Handle classification and customs entries
- Review documents for accuracy
- Follow up on discrepancies
