Sales and Marketing Manager (45883-6)
SUMMARY:
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for promoting the sale of Resin products in domestic and international
markets. The individual in this role will develop an effective business strategy by conducting market research, maintaining business relations & continuously identifying potential marketing opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITY :
- Oversees the direction and coordination of sales development activities of Resin products in domestic & international markets
- Develops strategic marketing plans to achieve established sales objectives
- Directs sales forecasting efforts and sets performance goals accordingly
- Follows up on payment collection & determines risk management; while maintaining compliance of company trading rules.
- Ability to travel internationally for sales and marketing activities up to 50% of the time.
- Maintains and develops supplier relationship by:
o Reporting market & business updates
o Develop strong business strategies
o Negotiate purchases of Resins & management of contract
o Available for business meetings/entertainment as needed
- Develops business partnerships with new suppliers, new customers, potential trading opportunities as well as seeking investment opportunities.
- Collaborates with internal teams such as logistics, credit, legal and accounting for successful execution
- Plans, directs, and evaluates promotional activities i.e., trade shows/conferences
- Manages and keeps track of business PL
REQUIREMENTS:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles
-Effective negotiation & business development experience
-Understanding of international sales regulations
-Minimum 3-6 years working in similar role
- Bachelors degree in related field preferred
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
-Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
