Bilingual Japanese English Product Marketing Manager 44286-5  (44286-5)

This role's primary function is to develop and implement effective product marketing strategies to achieve sales and margin goals. This will be accomplished by working collaboratively with Engineering, Operations, and the Sales teams. The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing product go-to market tactics, product market positioning and providing day-to-day product expertise across agency, customer and sales sections.
• Communicate the value proposition of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process.
• Conduct market research and gather both internal and external feedback to help prioritize requirements for the product development team.
• Develops new uses for existing products by analyzing statistics regarding market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
• Create product marketing plan including positioning and support material for use by sales to generate public-facing marketing collateral; to include digital marketing.
• Work closely with sales, reporting and account management teams on RFPs, client contracting and reporting needs.
• Highlight and present product benefits to both internal and external customers.
• Develops marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
• Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.

Requirements;
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role in an industrial / B2B or B2C environment.
• Highly motivated energetic self-starter, passionate and deeply knowledgeable about electric components market, with a strong vision on where the markets are headed.
• Ability to understand technologies, applications, and solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, qualitative and quantitative analysis skills and project management skills required in English (native level) and Japanese preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office environment and graphics programs.
• Ability to quickly learn product features, benefits and educate others.
