Bilingual En/Jp Receptionist and Admin  (71722-4)

- Bilingual in English/Japanese (Conversational is OK)
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Must have a professional mannerism
- Office experience.

- Handle reception
- Answer incoming telephone calls.
- Determine purpose of callers and forward calls to personnel or department.
- Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voicemail
- Greet on site visitors
- Update appointment calendars.
- Coordinate meeting room.
- Receive sort, and route mail and maintain and route publications.
- Other clerical duties as needed.
