Sales Account Manager  (44270-6)


Planning and budgeting responsibilities, process sales forecasts, sales promotion, supervise quotations and price negotiations (to Hosiden Corporation, Hosiden affiliates and customers), sales contracts, assist Credit Dept. and take action with customer with collections when necessary, maintain good relationships with customers,

Sales Coordination
Maintain good communications with customers, outside sales representatives and distributors, maintain good communications with Hosiden Corporation and Hosiden affiliates, process custom
product specifications, work with Coordinators to ensure schedules are current, work with SCM Department and Coordinators to update shipping confirmation, monitor to insure proper inventory level, demonstration of products to existing and potential customers

Marketing (For specific markets)
Supervise market research, conduct and review industry and competition analysis, conduct product life evaluation studies, build marketing strategies

Sales Management
Supervise price maintenance, supervise return merchandise authorization

Sales Analysis
Process sales analysis by customer and product on monthly, quarterly and annual basis

Advice to Customers
Assist technical support, assistance with quality issues, assistance with delivery issues, provide assistance with customer claims

Special assignments as requested by Supervisor/Managing Director
