Individual Health Sales & Customer Service Rep  (71705-4)

• Good English communication skills
• A college degree is not a requirement but preferable.
• Following up health insurance knowledge, being friendly, helpful, and a great communicator are the strengths necessary.

• Resolve client issues related to billing, providers, cards, and enrolling
• Enroll clients in Covered California and Health Insurance Carriers
• Maintain management reports
• Processing of client applications
• Answering of phone calls and inbound routing
• Checking and routing of emails
• Client communications by phone and email
• Contact carriers to resolve issues and obtain information
• Update Salesforce
• Keep track of Broker of Record (BOR)
• Networking at Chamber of Commerce events
