Bil E/J ROAD Administrative Assistant   (44262-5 )

Main Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to):
• Assist in arrangement and coordination of Expatriates’ administration, benefits, payroll, VISA support and events
• Process all immigration paperwork for Expatriates and family
• Maintain and update Expatriate information and communication
• Send memos and correspondence to Expatriates as needed
• Process and prepare reports for all MMUS expatriate payroll including quarterly reporting to headquarters in Japan
• Cooperate and communicate with Japanese parent company to support Expatriate communication
• Accounting functions: Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, bank reconciliation, monthly reports

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration operations
• Bilingual in Japanese and English
• Experience with QuickBooks, or any other accounting software preferred
• Payroll experience preferred

Skills & Attributes:
• PC literate and familiar with MS Office
• Understand multi-cultural sensitivity and work environment
Converse pleasantly on the telephone
