VP of Sales  (71692-1)

- BA/BS degree is required.
- 10+ years CPG Sales experience is required.

• Develop a strategic sales direction for the integrated US beer business; Provide direction and leadership to the US sales team.
• Create and lead a sustainable sales go to market strategy.
• Develop and oversee the execution of the annual national sales plan.
• Establish strong business relationships with key trade customers, key wholesalers, and government officials.
• Oversee the hiring, training and development of the Senior Sales team.
• Actively participate as a member of the USA executive team
• Provide leadership to and oversee integration efforts during M&A activities and for the Sales function.
• Work collaboratively, on a regular basis with company functional heads: Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and HR; Partner with sister companies where synergies exist and can be leveraged.
• Remain apprised of industry trends and changes to the competitive environment.
• Report on National performance results and proactively recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all work performed by the team is in compliance with applicable legislation.
