EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
• Bilingual English/Japanese
• Must have Admin Experience. will training for Payroll.

DUTIES:
• Supports administration, coordination, and application of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices
• Maintains employee files and database in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
• Prepares paperwork required to place employees on payroll and establishes employee file.
• Administers performance review program.
• Processes and submits payroll information; troubleshoots payroll issues; distribute paychecks.
• Maintains PTO, Floating Holidays, and Sick Leave for all employees.
• Posts required labor law information.
• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
• Other duties as assigned
