Bilingual E/J Customer Service  (44128 - 7)

-Ability to speak, read and write Japanese at a fluent level, and English business level is preferred.
- Be able to know the Japanese culture, and business practices
- Proficient in PC, MS Excel and Word
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Must have good common sense, fast learner and detail oriented
- Available for overtime and business trips.
- Customer service position is on shift schedule. Need to be able to work on weekend as well. (Employee will have weekday off schedule)
*OPT is okay for this position but need native level Japanese language skills and business-level English.
