Job Description for Accounts Receivable / Administrative Assistant
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, administers accounts. Acts as resource person and resolves problems. Communicating necessary accounting information with colleagues, outside partners, and upper managements. Work closely with Sales staff to assign responsibilities for complex billing issues and maintain accurate notes related to client billing as well as review and evaluate credit lines and suggest changes to operating procedures and accounting practices.

Accounts Receivable Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage and Maintains the following Accounting Tasks,
a) Invoicing / Customer Statement
b) Credit memo, debit memo, return issue: warranty, ARF and Shipping claims
c) Deposit information (cash receipt), Daily bank balance
d) Payment Transaction
e) Customer including new customer evaluation
f) xxxx application / GP
g) Inventory Transaction
2. Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from Sales, Trade promotions, and from Customers. And resolves collections by examining customer payment plan history, credit line; coordinating contact with Sales Department
3. Maintains computerized information systems and participates in their implementation and development to improve efficiency. Liaises with computer resource persons as required. Set up and maintains databases and spreadsheets. Enters data and updates information.
4. Performs various administrative and clerical tasks according to the needs of the Department. Correspondence related to the duties of the position. Liaises with appropriate resource persons.

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensures operation of property and equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
2. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies.
3. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
4. Arrange / Support the scheduling of Business Trip / Company Event
5. Support computerized information systems
6. Provide information by answering questions and requests of colleagues and outside person
Other Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
1. Receiving Containers / Inventory Transfer
2. Inventory Item Maintenance – XXXX Apps
3. Follow up for each Shipping Claim
4. Inter-Department Documents Maintenance (ARF, Internal PO, Expense Report, Credit Card Report, etc.)
5. Temp Staff Time card
6. Maintain and keep truck the dues and subscription
7. Daily Mail Organization
8. Handling Incoming Calls
9. Assist Colleagues and other task requested by Manager

Skills / Qualifications:
a) Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
b) Knowledge of network systems
c) Written / Verbal Communication Skills
d) Good organizational skills and multi-tasking skills, as well as attention to detail
e) Ability to prioritize tasks
f) Understanding of Accounting and Administrative procedures and systems
g) Reporting Research Results
