• College degree preferred

• Greet and assist visitors in a cheerful, pleasant manner
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Schedule meetings via Outlook
• Maintain contact lists
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Complete requests made via online application (Kintone) & submit expense purchases
• Assist in translation predominantly from Japanese to English
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
• Take accurate minutes of sales meetings
• Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
• Resolve administrative problems
• Receive, sort and distribute the mail
• Assist in holiday party event planning
• Coordinate repairs to office equipment
