Bilingual Analyst   (44082-6)

The position is responsible to maintain sales operation in Central American and Caribbean market.

TRADING AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT CONTROL AND EXPORT DOCUMENTATION
1 Acts as a customer service contact for coordinating and documenting activity relating to parts order from established xxxx Dealers/Distributors outside the United States.
2 Prepares shipping/export documents such as packing lists/invoices/delivery orders
3 Collection of funds and tracks open orders and balances.
4 Coordinates transportation and creates export documentation as needed.
5 Responsible for A/R collections and tracking customer credit balance.
6 Summarize delivery activities and propose ideas to improve the delivey leadtime, reduce costs.

Accounting Entries
1. Organize shipping documents, for accounting entries.
2. Making entries of sales/purchases based on the shipping documents.
3. Month End Reconciliations including but not limited to purchase payables with xxxx, and sales receivables/advance payment balance from customers.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES
1. Assist appropriate internal colleagues with new business development projects as well as participating in new system development.
2. Other duties assigned by management.

EDUCATIONAL and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS and ABILITIES
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business or something related with at least three (3) years experience.
2. Diversified background in customer support/sales cordinator to foreign countries
3 Working experience with Export/Import of products and preparing shipping documentation
3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as experience with Accounting software.
4. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains 10.0 is a plus
5. Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to summarize data for reports and correspondence, problem solve and prioritize work
6. Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate written or verbal instructions, policies, and procedures in both English and Spanish.
7. Open minded person with the ability to adjust to a rapidly changing work environment.
8. Able to work flexible hours and overtime if necessary.
9. Dependable, reliable and able to work independently on detailed assignments while hitting time sensitive deadlines.
10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; "people person", works well with internal and external customers.
