Responsibilities & Duties of Job:
• Respond to moderately complex customer questions via phone, email and correspondence regarding credit card and CLS operation in a confidential and ethical manner.
• Analyze problems and provide information/solutions.
• Document information, activities and changes.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Establish good relationship with business partners.
• Coordinate with various internal company functions.
• Research and analyze data.
• Maintain high standards of client service.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education, Work Experience:
• BS/BA degree is preferable.
• Working experience in any customer services is preferable.

Required:
• Fluent in Japanese, reading, writing, speaking.
• Basic knowledge of MS office.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational skills.
