Shipping and Receiving Clerk  (71324-4)

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- College graduate preferred but not necessary.
- Previous office experience preferred.
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
- Microsoft Office computer skills required (Excel, Word).
- Good English language skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and
work on various time sensitive materials required.
- Type minimum 45 wpm.

DUTIESl:
- General office and administrative tasks (answer phone calls, fax, email, and file).
- Prepare shipping documents for outbound loads.
- Schedule appointments for all Inbound loads.
- Enter all receiving documents into the system and file.
- Manage priority orders and arrange to ship ASAP.
- Communicate with the warehouse to resolve any shipping issues.
- Print & prepare pallet labels.
- Other related duties as needed.
