Bilingual En/Jp Documentation Assistant  (71315-4)

- Bilingual English/Japanese
- Able to work overtime

- Send products release request to the warehouse, contact trucking company to arrange delivery and confirm arrival of products at destination.
- Obtain documents for imported container and contact customs broker for US Customs clearance
- Notify customer for direct delivery container
- Confirm with warehouse for delivery of container and actual available date, items and quantities.
- Manage inventory
- Generate sales invoices to customers and fax/email to them.
- Prepare month-end inventory reports and comply with the company month-end closing procedure.
- Calculate freight charge.
- Participate in annual audit.
- Track purchase/sales expenses and make entries to system.
- Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating transaction: notifying managers and customers.
- Assist in Accounting month-end closing procedure.
- Other administrative/Accounting duties as requested.
