Customer Support Administrator  (71201-4)

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree related to business, operations, sales, or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in a similar operations or customer service environment.
- Intermediate level excel.

DUTIES:
- Enters customer and item registrations into system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Creates and processes invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Processes warehouse releases in a timely and accurate manner.
- Accepts customer purchase orders and enters sales TC entries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Performs outward logistics postings in a timely and accurate manner.
- Completes all tasks in a timely and accurate manner to allow for timely monthly and annual closing.
- Participates in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning process as requested.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
