Bilingual En/Jp Administrative Assistant  (71181-4)

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual English/Japanese (Read and Write)
- Ability to communicate in business-level English orally and in writing (Japanese preferable)
- Must have basic PC skills (e-mail, word, excel, power point)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to provide service with courtesy to all employees
- Experience and knowledge of GA and Secretarial related activities are desired.

DUTIES:
- Internal Rules and Policy development regarding office administration.
- Official corporate documents management support
- Internal Forms Circulation
- Business trip arrangement for internal/external staff member including transportation
and accommodation.
- Office furniture maintenance and office leased equipment maintenance
- Supervising receptionist and back up for warehouse function
- Purchasing office supply
- Invoice Processing
- Other tasks and activities requested by General Manager and Office Member
