EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual English/ Japanese (Read and Write) Good English and Japanese communication skills.
- HR management experience and over 5 years HR Experience.
- Able to travel.
- Strong benefits and payroll experience

DUTIES:
- Legal support for U.S. immigration
- International assignment support
- Corporate planning support on consolidating policies and procedures for multiple sites in North America, implementing and monitoring the progress
- Managing and arranging corporate executive schedules and events
- Human resources support
- Examine HR policies for State and Federal compliance
- Translate and write policies and procedures in Japanese and English
- Support new hires in filling out and filing new hire paperwork
- Analyze and compare corporate benefits at renewal
- Evaluating and providing advice on risk management issues
