Job Description:
Greeting and answering phones and check voice mail
Setting up and maintaining files, copying and collating documents and faxing.
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Provides administrative support, including typing, filing, copying, etc. to management staff
Handling company vehicle reports, registration, and maintenance.
Handling daily attendance
Travel arrangement
Data entry for cost calculation with highly accuracy
Ordering business cards, cell phones and Uniforms
Create time cards, tracking PTO and employees attendance
Reports and resolves facility problems and repairs
Order office supplies and keep cabinet stocked at all time
Distributing mails and Preparing Federal Express for mailing
Assisting company event, catering order etc.
Supporting J-staffs
Translation Japanese to English and vice versa.
Other Duties as required and /or assigned
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
Multiple tasks with highly accuracy
Must be able to collaborate effectively to obtain desired results
A high level of discretion when dealing with confidential information
Bachelor’s Degree; or minimum three years’ relevant experience
Must be organized, punctual and responsible
Ability to work independently
Japanese bilingual skill is a plus, but not required
