Bilingual En/Jp HR Administrative Assistant  (71024-1)

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual English/Japanese (speak, read & write)
- 3+ general affairs, HR, payroll, benefit experience are required.

DUTIES:
- Attendance Management
- Salary calculation
- Management of Sick Leave, Vacation Days, Personal Days
- Arrangement of Medical Insurance
- Arrangement of 401K
- Arrangement of various allowance
- Arrangement of individual tax return, adjustment with the company
- Arrangement to new/returning expatriates (VISA, House, Car, PC, Mobile, etc.)
- Journal Entry for each transactions
- Assist for calculation of Bonus, annual raise in salary, approval
- Preparation for Hiring, Retirement
- Adjustment with Tokyo Head Office
