JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing list
- IP processing (Compliance related export portal processing)
- ECW (Export Control Worksheet)
- Foreign Currency reservation
- Purchase order processing
- Sales order processing
- Invoice processing
- Coordinate with customers/vendors for order status
- Follow up with customers on AR
- Month end report data entries
- Keep track of daily shipping and update periodical price changes
