Logistic Document Control  (43535FH)

Essential job functions
Assist the manager in performing department activities and tasks as required.
Assist the manager with sales inquiries as requested.
Prepare, generate, distribute and filing the various report and documents : Order Header, Purchase Order, Sales, Technical information and others as requested.
Maintain all documents in US Customs and assist with US Customs compliance.
Generate monthly reports
o Inventory: Stock & Order Charts to branches, reps and xxxx Japan
o New order, Shipping, Loan, and Stock status

Coordinate modification schedule and paperwork:
o Generate checklist for new orders and stock transfer
o Order local parts, coordinate shipment of parts, record keeping and follow up of backorders to reps. and branch managers

Review modification schedule and update
Others: General clerical tasks, correspondences in writing, some customer/sales rep. assistance over the phone

Experience and minimum qualifications
Clerical Knowledge. Skilled in Active Listening; Speaking; Reading Comprehension; Writing; Active Learning; Time Management; Organizing; Detail Oriented; Completing Task
Some previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience preferred.
Work context Constantly contact with internal and external clients via face-to-face, telephone, and computer. Typically sedentary work indoors and, stationed in the office or going to Modification site as needed. Time Pressures.

Entry level
CTPAT knowledge is a plus
