Position Summary: (Development Admin) Coordinate and control R&D Business Plan and Budget.
Coordinate overall development scheduling and events, which includes coordinating with xxxx JPN development. Translate information, order and track parts / shipments, act as liaison with other offices or companies, handle various engineering – related administrative duties in order to maintain relationships with customers and suppliers, and support development area and company growth.

Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree Required
* Bilingual (Japanese and English) required; proof of professional training
* 3+ years in similar position

Primary Position responsibilities:
* Monitor / Update R&D Business Plan and Budget
* Prepare, arrange, and translate development presentation / evaluation documents
* Coordinate new model project evaluations
* Coordinate PG meetings and circulate PG meeting minutes
* Manage man-hour / development cost calculation
* Manage labor report system
* Organize and distribute MP transfer items on each project to MP plant
* Prepare PO’s to suppliers and follow up timeline and shipping method
* Approve quotations and invoices
* Arrange / Direct shipping and receiving as well as necessary documents
* Organize and Manage TTM/Tech Show events
* Support Japanese Expatriates Associates; including translation & interpretation
* Coordinate any administrative tasks for TA
* Other duties as assigned

Essential skills and experience:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Writer
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Physical demands and work environment:

• Environmental conditions –Open office environment. May be exposed to moderate noise levels.
• Vocal Communication—Required to express or exchange ideas by means of spoken word and/or detailed or loud talking to convey detailed or important spoken instructions to others accurately, loudly or quickly.
• Hearing Perception—Ability to recognize information at normal spoken levels and/or ability to receive detailed information through oral communications and/or make fine distinctions in sound.
• Sensory Utilization—Prepare and analyze written or computer data.
• Physical Activities—Required to stand, walk and sit as well as use hands to finger, handle or feel. May occasionally reach with hands and arms. May be required to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Visual Acuity—There are no special vision requirements.
