Restaurant Kitchen Assistant Manager / Manager   (43506ND)

Skills/ Qualifications-
-Teaching cooking techniques and guidelines
-Teaching proper food handling & safety (Food Handlers Card is mandatory)
-Troubleshooting issues with product or equipment
-Reporting of daily activities with detailed and accurate records and outcomes
-A valid and up to date Food handler's manager card.
-Must have energetic and upbeat attitude
-Must have 2-4 years of experience managing a kitchen
-Must be detail oriented and possess a strong work ethic
-Must be able to attend 3 weeks training at our Hawaii locations
-Strong, collaborative, relationship-building, and proactive problem-solving skills
-Computer Savvy, Proficient in Excel and Word
-Bi-Lingual (Spanish or Japanese) preferred
