EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in retail store management or managing multiple store locations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Instructor will plan and submit work schedule 2 weeks prior to the work week
- Will handle 3-4 stores in the Southern California area
- Will report to their office in Gardena.
- Ensure to give clear direction to all assigned stores to help maintain and meet the company standard including customer service, store appearance, promotional efforts, policy and procedure compliance, expense control and people development
- Ensure to achieve sales plan and labor budget are meeting company goals
- Maintain effectiveness in work tasks; adjusting effectively to work within new work structures, processes and requirements. Ensures work order is completed efficiently
- Lead and inspire stores to be product obsessed, customer-focused, innovative, fast-moving and team-oriented
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with store management to maximize and improve sales, revenues, profits, service levels, and operational processes
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sales and profitability, improved productivity, and enhanced customer experience through more effective operational processes
- Maintain relationships throughout the organization to provide further sources of productive collaboration and feedback to improve operational processes
- Ensure and maintain a safe, accident-free environment for all associates and customers.
- Recruit, hire, train, develop and retain high performance team
- Ability to train, coach, develop and evaluate store manager and assistant manager
- Handle employee relations issues, ensuring partnership with HR and the company
